Latosha was born and raised in North Central West Virginia, and there's nowhere she'd rather call home. After years of helping friends and neighbors navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, she founded Rise Realty Group to do it her own way — with honesty, patience, and a genuine investment in every family she works with.
